Shipping and Returns
Please allow 7-10 days for the product to be shipped, as items are made to order. Almost all orders will ship in 7 days. If for some reason any issues arise and I think it could be longer than 10 days before shipment (late shipments to me, inclement weather, etc.), I will contact you via email to work something out. If I can't make it right, I will refund your order immediately.
I use Shopify shipping. Shipping times and costs should be transparent at all times - please contact me if at any time it seems otherwise at email@example.com.
Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the delivery date of your purchase (with rare exceptions - when in doubt, email us!). We don't generally accept returns unless we've made an error or there's a defect in your product. Please follow the laundering instructions on all garments! Improper laundering isn't a defect and can ruin the print(s). Yes, really. I usually don't follow them myself either, but if you decide not to, that's on you. If there is any problem at all, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly make it right!
To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The moment your return is accepted, I'll send the refund and let Shopify do their thing. I don't want it to take any longer than it has to for you to get your money!
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We'll only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Hopefully this won't be the case, but sometimes things out of anyone's control can happen. If there's any issue with your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to replace or refund your order as deemed appropriate!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
